  1. Tour guide(s) & driver(s) working time:

Guide and vehicle, if included, will follow the exact confirmed program.

Their maximum working time for sightseeing is from 08:00 am – 17:00 pm or 08:30 am to 17:30 pm.

Dinner time is in 2 hours from 07:00 – 09:00 pm including pick up/drop off from/to your hotel.

Overtime charge:

  • USD 25 per hour for guide and vehicle for 4-7s car;
  • USD 35 per hours for guide and vehicle for 15s minivan;
  • USD 50 per hour for guide and vehicle for 24 minivan bus up

Your understanding and punctuality are highly appreciated because our tour guide(s) and driver(s) also need to refresh and recharge their health to work well on the next few days.

For lunch and dinner are not included in the program, clients will have to manage themselves and no guide and vehicle/driver escort for meals (except full day trip, lunch will be escorted by tour guide and driver).

  1.   Compulsory tips policy for tour guide(s) and driver(s):

Tipping for tour guide(s) and driver(s) is compulsory and you will pay directly to the tour guide in cash. If you would like to transfer this amount to our company account, extra 10% will be applied.

We do not provide travel insurance. However, we do recommend using a third-party insurance carrier in your country to provide your coverage.

We often capture amazing moments during the tours and would love to share some of these including photos or videos that may feature you in our marketing materials to inspire other travelers. If you’d rather keep your tour experience private, please just let us know before the tour starts. Otherwise, we will assume you consent to their use.

Day 01 :
Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (D)

On arrival at Hanoi's Noi Bai International airport, you will be greeted by tour guide and driver and transferred to your hotel for check-in. Free for leisure until dinner. Accommodation at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 02 :
Day 2: Hanoi City Tour – Sapa by train (B/L/D)

After breakfast, visit Ho Chi Minh Memorial Complex and Ba Dinh Square. Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside) which contains the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh (closed Mondays, Fridays and from 15 June to 15 August); and Ho Chi Minh's Stilt House where Ho Chi Minh lived from 1958 until his final days in 1969. Preserved in the same condition as during his life, it may be viewed through the windows. Continue to the miniature 11th century One Pillar Pagoda which was rebuilt after being destroyed by the French in 1954. Next stop you will visit Temple of Literature with its walled courtyards and graceful gateways. Founded in 1070 and dedicated to Confucius, this was also the site of Vietnam's first university. Visit train street (may view from outside). And then we visit Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. Enjoy Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre. Free for shopping at the Hanoi Old Quarter. Take a shower and rest at mini hotel (2 hours). Then transferring to Hanoi Railway Station for an overnight train to Lao Cai. Overnight on train in a superior 4-berth compartment sharing with other passengers.

Day 03 :
Day 3: Sapa – Cat Cat Village – Moana Sapa – Sapa (B/L/D)

Upon arrival at Lao Cai Station (early in the morning), transfer to Sapa by private bus with tour guide. Have breakfast at local restaurant. After that, you will do a walking tour to the hill tribe villages of Cat Cat, home to the H'mong hill tribe minority peoples. As you walk to the villages nestled in the valley below Sapa, you will meet some of the local minority people on their way to and from Sapa. Here you will have the opportunity to share cultural experiences with the families that live in the area. Visit Moana Sapa with man-made structures but arranged in harmony with nature, creating a landscape that is both unique, strange and beautiful. The check-in area is 500m from the stone church, with an experience space of more than 10,000m2, a view embracing the Hoang Lien Son range and the majestic Fansipan peak. This place includes 7 categories, attracting young people with many unique landscapes. These are Bali's heavenly gate, Moana girl statue, Infinity Lake, golden hand, death swing, lonely tree, coffee area. Accommodation at hotel in Sapa.

Day 04 :
Day 4: Sapa – Fansipan Mountain – Hanoi by limousine/private bus (B/L/D)

After breakfast, we take you to “the longest mountain climbing train in Vietnam”, Muong Hoa Mountain Railway. The mountain train will take tourists from Sun Plaza at Sapa town, through two tunnels and across four viaducts to the Fansipan cable car station. Over the 2km journey, visitors will have a panoramic view of the paddy fields in the Muong Hoa valley through their cabin windows. Arrive in Cable Car Station and spend 20 minutes with cable car to enjoy the spectacular scenery. Reach the altitude of 2800 meters, you have a good time to see the view and take photos, visit pagoda the spiritual destinations and trek up to 600 steps you will reach the peak of Fansipan - the Roof of Indochina. Come back to Cable Car Station and return to Sapa town. In the afternoon, you will be transferred back to Hanoi by limousine shuttle bus/private bus (without guide). Accommodation at hotel in Ha Noi.

Day 05 :
Day 5: Hanoi – Halong Bay Day Cruise – Hanoi (B/L/D) – Shared Cruise

08:15 – 08:45Cruise shuttle bus/private bus (without guide) pick you up from hotel / stay and follow the new highway to depart for Tuan Chau Island, Halong City, stop for a rest on the way.
12:00 – Arrive Tuan Chau Harbor, welcome aboard, and safety briefing
Cruise will take you on an 5.5 to 6 hours journey via 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route which renowned for its striking, passages uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes, including Cock Fighting and Thumb, while enjoy Vietnamese mouth-watering. Lunch on cruise.

13:45 – Arrive Bo Hon archipelago, you will visit Surprising Cave to see a lot of stalagmites and stalactites with different shapes of sea lives, then go kayaking or bamboo boat in Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon.
Visit Titov Island with sandy beach adjacent to the towering limestone mountain with excellent backdrop of the Bay, and climb up Titov Peak for a panoramic view of the bay like paradise.
16:30 – Return to the Cruises and cruise back toward Tuan Chau harbor.
17:40-18:00 – Disembark for going back on the new highway to Hanoi.
20:30 – Drop off at your hotel / stay, trip ends. Accommodation at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 06 :
Day 6: Hanoi Departure (B)

After breakfast at hotel, free and easy for shopping, then transfer to airport for departure flight (driver pick up/without guide). Say goodbye with sweet memories!
